NOTICE: Revised Sycamore Office Booking Policy
Effective 1st August 2025
Dear Valued Users,
Please be informed that we have updated the Sycamore Office booking policy to ensure fair and efficient usage of our meeting rooms. Kindly take note of the following:
- Booking Window
• Bookings may be made up to 30 days in advance.Booking Priority
• For complimentary bookings, priority will be given to meetings involving Dato Loy or related parties. In the event of a scheduling conflict, affected complimentary bookings may be cancelled with prior notice.
• For paid bookings, the reservation will be honoured and not overruled, even if it clashes with a priority meeting.
- Booking Entitlement & Charges
• Each company is entitled to 8 complimentary booking slots per month (excluding meetings with Dato’ Loy).
• Additional bookings beyond this quota will be chargeable at the following rates:
- Banyan Room: RM500 per slot
- Pine Room: RM400 per slot
- Maple Room: RM300 per slot
- Acacia Room: RM50 per slot
Note: A ‘slot’ is a 4-hour session (9 AM-1 PM or 2 PM-6 PM). Full-day usage (9 AM-6 PM) is charged as two slots.
- No-Show Policy
• A full charge will be imposed for no-shows based on the respective room’s chargeable rate.
- Cleaning Charges
• A RM100 cleaning fee will be charged if any used cups, rubbish, or litter are left in the meeting rooms after use.
- Suite Bookings, After-Hours & Weekend Use
• Booking the entire Sycamore Suite (e.g., for events with catering, night sessions, or exclusive use) will be subject to a fixed rate, to be advised upon request.
• Weekend and public holiday bookings are not permitted due to staffing constraints, unless approved for special cases.
For cancellations or special requests, kindly contact management directly.
